Speaker/Moderator InformationAbstract submission is closed.RegistrationRegistration will open soon. All presenting authors and moderators are required to register to confirm their attendance at the Conference.. Abstracts and presentations will not be included in the technical program, program book or conference proceedings if online registration has not been completed. Speakers and moderators are given a reduced registration fee. Papers or PowerPoint PresentationsAll presenters must submit a PowerPoint presentation for inclusion in the Conference “Proceedings”. Every presentation is required to use the AFS Technical Presentation Title Slide. Company logos are permitted on all subsequent slides. Power point presentations must be submitted to the Management Office by the specified deadline (TBD). Registered attendees will receive links to the presentations in a password protected web page prior to the conference. The proceedings will be available for sale through the AFS website after the conference. Presenters are also encouraged to submit manuscripts to be included in the conference proceedings. Manuscripts should be a Microsoft Word or PDF document in English. The first page should include the paper title, author(s) names and addresses and the abstract. Additional information will be coming soon regarding virtual presentation guidelines and deadlines.

Conference attendees will be able to access the posters throughout the conference from the virtual lobby. The student poster presentation and competition will take place on Tuesday from 1:40 - 3:40 pm. All conference attendees are encouraged to participate in the poster presentations. Through our networking platform of the virtual conference, participants will have the opportunity to meet with the student presenters. Student Poster Judging CriteriaScoring of student posters will be conducted by at least three judges who are members of the AFS Society. Posters will be judged in four areas: (1) The clarity and the support of the stated research OBJECTIVE; (2) The overall ORGANIZATION of the poster; (3) The clarity and thoroughness of the poster oral PRESENTATION; (4) The overall ORIGINALITY of the poster topic. |
