AFS FILTCON INFO
ANNOUNCEMENT: AFS FILTCON 2021 WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY, APRIL 19 - 21, 2021
Filtration and Separation are key technologies for our society, our industry and for shaping our future. Clean fluids are pre-requisites for latest innovative processes as well as for our well-being. Removal of fine dust from air and bacteria from water, by filtration makes a difference in our daily life. Challenging and evolving standards are a starting point for innovative products, too. FiltCon 2021 gives you a platform to present, learn and discuss the latest technical updates in filtration and separation. It will cover the full range of filtration and separation.
The American Filtration and Separation Society (AFS) is inviting you to FiltCon 2021. Engineers, scientists and technologists in all areas of filtration and separations are invited for exchange and networking opportunities, taking place virtually April 19 - 21, 2021.
The conference FiltCon 2021 will feature three invited plenary sessions, 12 technical sessions with three presentations per session and a panel Q&A time, an expo with virtual booths, a student poster session and opportunities for networking. As at previous AFS conferences, there will be high quality technical presentations and active discussions. The abstracts for the technical sessions are peer reviewed by the AFS Scientific Committee to ensure technical focus and quality. In the Latest & Greatest session, new products and solutions can be presented to a broad audience. This mixture and broad range of filtration topics makes FiltCon an attractive platform for everybody in the filtration industry or academia.
Abstract submission is now open, with a deadline of Monday, March 1, 2021. We urge you to be an active part of the conference by giving a technical presentation or showcasing your company with an exhibit booth. Students who submit for either a poster or oral/poster presentation are given a free conference registration and will enter into the student poster competition to win cash prizes.
We kindly invite you to AFS FiltCon 2021, taking place virtually April 19 to 21. Please mark the date. We look forward to your abstract or poster submission.
