The American Filtration & Separations Society (AFS) is a technical, educational, nonprofit organization which began in 1987 to provide a forum for exchange of information among engineers, scientists, and technologists in all areas of filtration and separations. The AFS has and continues to provide tremendous value by predicating its existence on the dissemination of information, education, and the encouragement of research.  Membership comes from a wide variety of backgrounds, including end-users, marketing and distribution engineers, product designers, research scientists, raw material designers, company management, consultants, academia, and officials of government.  
 
We are cordially inviting all of you to participate and present your latest research, innovation, and new product at AFS FiltCon 2023 with filtration experts from all around the world. The last two FiltCons occurred in 2018 & 2019 at Mystic Lake & Philadelphia, PA, respectively were successful. AFS FiltCon 2023 would be the first FiltCon after the pandemic. So, we are most excited about it. AFS FiltCon 2023 will feature the current advances & research in the filtration industry with three plenary sessions, twenty-four technical sessions to include four presentations per session, a student poster session and networking opportunities. The Expo with booths will once again offer Exhibitors an opportunity to discuss new businesses. We also have leading experts from the filtration & separation industry who will offer educational opportunities on these topics by featuring short courses to those who are interested in learning more about the industry and its fundamentals.

New for AFS FiltCon 2023!  Separation & Purification Technology Journal will publish a special issue for AFS FiltCon 2023. Presenters may submit a full manuscript beginning May 1.  The deadline for submitting manuscripts is October 1, 2023.  View the Guide for Authors from Elsevier.
